The Scotts Company is searching for part-time seasonal Retail Sales Merchandisers and Product Counselors in your area to work on site at our retail partners such as Home Depot, Lowes and Walmart. Job Responsibilities ? Educate consumers and retail partners on Scotts lawn and garden care products. ? Assist consumers with finding the best product solution to meet their needs. ? Develop creative merchandising displays. ? Execute plan-o-grams. ? Set and stock product on shelves. ? Cross merchandise to maximize sales for retail partners. Job Requirements ? Valid driver?s license. ? Valid auto insurance. ? Must have reliable transportation and be at least 18 years of age. ? High school diploma or equivalent. ? Must have the ability and desire to work in a position which involves
